We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess strong organizational skills.
Clerical:
-Monday- Friday
-$18-20 DOE
-7AM-4PM
-Weekly Pay $$

-In the city of Anaheim
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist in managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors
-Greeting visitors and clients, and providing assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
-Proficiency in email communication
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Basic math skills
- Understanding units of measurments
