Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our Fiber Optic internet solutions to residential and small business customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the leads, effectively managing and nurturing them to conversion.
- Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to expand the customer base for Fiber Optic internet services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our Fiber Optic internet solutions.
- Work off of leads provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities and efficiently utilize resources.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our Fiber Optic internet services.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our Fiber Optic internet services and expand brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Fiber Optic internet technology and telecommunications industry trends is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive commission-based structure with high earning potential.
