Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services
- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and secure sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to effectively market and sell software products or services
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
