We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to handle a range of administrative responsibilities. This role involves supporting our office manager, addressing daily office needs, and overseeing the company's general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills and be computer savvy. If you have prior experience as an administrative assistant, we want to hear from you. We are looking for the final member to join our team who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: ·
- Answering Low Volume Phone Calls
- Processing Customer Job Orders
- Scanning Customer orders and Filing Vendor bills
- Data Entry: - A/P Data Entry of vendor invoices into QuickBooks and entering data into the shared whiteboard program.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Experience in calendar management and office coordination
- Knowledge of data entry and office management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
