Makes and schedules patient appointments in a timely manner. Greets, checks in, and directs patients upon arrival to the Clinic; answers and routes telephone calls, appropriately using good telephone etiquette; registers patients in the clinic and out-patient specialty areas; notifies triage nurse with any patient-related, medical questions and/or emergencies; performs cashiering duties; tracks patient encounters, cancellations and no-show appointments. Correctly input and update patient information as required. Assists with different duties as assigned and must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
High school diploma or GED required.
