Creative MultiCare is looking to hire a full-time Human Resource Generalist in Stockbridge, GA.
Full-time; On-site; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations as necessary.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any questions or concerns.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on various HR topics such as compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
- Identify employee development needs and work with management to implement training programs.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure company policies are up-to-date and in compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HRIS and Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Generate and analyze HR reports as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably as a Generalist.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
