Elite Solar is looking for SALES MANAGER / Recruiter to join our Solar Sales Teams!
As one of Colorado fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales team. The Sales Manager is responsible for the growth and overall success of the team. Support is provided to assist the Sales Managers in training, motivating, and managing solar consultants.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a leadership role
- Recruit, train and coach new sales consultant
- Previous door to door experience is a must
- Previous appointment setting skills is required
- Experience with working in the solar industry
- Experience leading a team of sales representatives
- Manage the sales appointment calendar and assignment of appointments to available representatives
Skills * Strong experience in sales support and or a sales oriented environment
- Knowledge of performance evaluation, customer service metrics and reporting procedures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong critical thinking and strategic problem solving skills
- Comfortability working in a startup environment and ability to multitask and be adaptable
- Bilingual a strong plus

Pay: $184,900.00 - $225,600.00 per year
