On Time Staffing is seeking distribution customer service reps for our warehouse in Chino, CA!
Starting pay rate: $17.50
Available Shifts:
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and receipts and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include answering/routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed by Customer Service Supervisor or Office Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responding to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner
- Processes and inputs all customer orders
- Produces stock reports to check for product availability
Job Requirements:
- Must have 6+ months of Customer Service experience
- Must have data entry experience
- Must have warehouse experience
- Must provide resume
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office
- Must have RF Scanner experience
- Must have other basic computer skills
- Must pass computer and math assessment test
