The Employee’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General administrative and office support to all departments
- Processing orders, Returns, Warranty, & Claims
- Data entry and updates, including inventory, administrative, marketing and CRM systems
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports
- Feedback on system improvements
- Provides support for all other departments as needed
- Follows guidelines, procedures, responsibilities and policies
Experience & Skill Sets
- Excellent computer skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-working environment with multiple software
- Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
- Proven to provide reports
- Punctuality, accuracy, flexibility, responsible individual
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Language: Fluent English, Bilingual a plus
This is a full time position. Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm minimum, 1-hour lunch. 100% onsite position.
