Hosts are responsible for warmly welcoming guests and efficiently coordinating seating arrangements through the desk systems, ensuring parties are seated promptly and courteously. This role demands strong communication skills and effective teamwork with other staff members. The host's initial interaction sets the foundation for a dining experience that aims to meet or exceed guest expectations.
