Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of all areas of marketing, PR and social media pertaining to Chicken Maison and Top Tenders brands to ensure all strategies and initiatives are successfully executed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Operations in creating the marketing strategy for these stores and handle day-to-day management of the plan of execution.
- Assistance with all PR agencies, digital marketing platforms, and promotional campaigns in line with business needs, including ongoing communication and collateral.
- Collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve our marketing efforts.
- Compiling weekly marketing KPIs to share with Executive Team
- Collect data to compare and analyze our competitors in all relevant markets.
- Work collaboratively with the management and operations teams on all strategies, communication and collateral.
- Updating and maintaining all online platforms such as Google Business, Yelp, Open Table, Seven Rooms, Facebook etc.
- Carrying out all marketing strategy programming.
- Development of and manage implementation of both digital and offline marketing and PR plans, in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop an annual PR & Marketing calendar and strategy highlighting all potential opportunities, utilizing the expertise of external PR support as required.
- Ensure effective delivery and collateral distribution networks are maintained for the successful implementation of the marketing plan.
- Assist with compiling and distribution of marketing emails.
- Provide analysis following marketing campaigns and e-campaigns to test effectiveness and identify continual improvements.
- Proof read and fact check ongoing press materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- QSR Restaurant experience preferred.
- 3+ years of restaurant experience in a relevant restaurant environment.
- Excellent understanding and demonstration of customer & relationship management.
- Well versed on all digital platforms including website back-ends.
- Strong copywriting, proof-reading and visual presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced but organized environment, managing multiple projects at once.
