Full Job Description
This role is to ensure our clients the best customer experience with Cups Realty.
You will be doing:
· Maintain accurate information within the company Customer Relations Management database.
· Protect and promote the company brand by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
· Promote a friendly and collaborative business relationship with teammates and other interdepartmental teams.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Help clients to communicate with landlords or other property related issues
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
· Excellent phone communication, follow up, and customer relation skills.
Qualifications:
· Training will be provided
· US work authorization required
· High school or equivalent
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must
· Positive attitude
· Detail-oriented and well organized personality
· Team player, excellent work ethic
· Exceptional customer service skills with genuine desire to assist customers and team members
W2 employee, onsite, M-F 9am-6pm with one hour lunch, 10 days PTO, 5 days Sick, 100% health insurance coverage,H1b Sponsor based on performance, year end bonus based on performance. Hourly $22 to $26 DOE
