Overview:
Our company offers B2B sales, service, and installation of building products. We are seeking a Branch Manager experienced in a service environment to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach with proven success in managing efficient and profitable operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the business
- Ensure training and development of personnel
- Work with divisional leaders to develop and execute on strategy to grow business
- Manage the operation to maximize the financial success of the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote and drive a positive culture
- Responsible for the overall P&L of the branch
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team
· Knowledge of the construction industry
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Must be highly organized
· Strong customer service mentality
