Looking for a dynamic, diligent, professional individual who absolutely thrives in the hospitality industry and relishes the day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, including successfully managing, coaching and guiding front-of-the-house staff, and coordinating with the back-of-the-house staff simultaneously to provide excellent service, smooth operations and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and provide an amazing guest experience for each and every guest, through constant monitoring of guests and guest-staff interaction.
- Assist and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Monitor operations continually for improving areas of service and cost control.
- Support all staff members when and where needed to provide excellent 5 star service.
- Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure that guests are satisfied.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, along with the restaurant's rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely and correct delivery of all orders.
- Coordinate with the banquet and catering departments for special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure restaurant and facility at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry.
- Strong foundation of serving, bartending and hosting.
- Familiarity with food production processes and banquet operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Organized, energetic, and pro-active. Great follow-up capabilities.
- Knowledge of Toast and Open Table a plus!
