TeleMed2U, a thriving and transformative Telemedicine-based multi-specialty clinical practice, is seeking to employ a NM - licensed, Nurse Practitioner specializing in Primary Care.

Essential Responsibilities:
- The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide high quality, efficient, team-based patient care. The NP performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, and cognitive status: patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy.
Primary Duties will be inclusive of the following but not limited to:
- Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examination, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
- Ordering medications and diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies, and laboratory tests, and interprets test results for deviations from normal.
- Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and another relevant patient education.
- To collaborate with Primary Care physicians, managers, and other department members on performance improvement activities.

Required License:
- Active NP New Mexico license.
Primary Care experience required with longitudinal care with panel of patience.
