Ability to take direction from operational lead
- Completes training in a timely manner and follows the processes as described in work instructions, process documentation, and training
- Safely operates equipment and meets any certification requirements stated
- Responsible for the preservation and safe handling of client products, including products staged in inventory and products in motion in the warehouse
- The safe arrangement of products on carrier trucks bound for delivery (assuring that arrangement will endure over the road travel)
- Move and stack materials (must be able to lift 50lbs)
- Responsible for proper update in inventory systems
- Responsible to physically locate products in proper inventory locations
- Ability to identify and communicate non conformity (bad product) or any situation that could lead to undesirable result or client satisfaction concern
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Contributes to the quality program, to include;
- taking measures to assure continuous exceptional quality
- Actively participates in improvement initiatives
- Actively participates in root cause activities
- Always makes good use of time
- Brings forward opportunities for efficiency and any other thought leadership
- Ability to use calculator and has basic comprehension of mathematics
