TRM Innovative Hearth Products is the buyout of several companies that have been merged throughout the years including but not limited to Fireplace Manufacturers Inc., (FMI), and Lennox Industries Hearth Division. The aggregate company included rollups of Marco; Superior Fireplace, which began in the 1930s; stove and insert companies including Country Stoves, established in 1977. FMI, a subsidiary of Desa, rolled up Design Dynamics in vented and vent-free logs in the early 2003 timeframe. Subsequently, the management team from the FMI segment of Desa acquired the assets of their division in 2008.

Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.

Effectively communicate product or service benefits to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales methods.

Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as other internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure a positive customer experience.

Continuously research and gather market intelligence to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.

Bachelor's Degree in related field required (preferably Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Hospitality Management).

2-4 years’ experience with event and staff management required.

Experience in the Hearth industry is a plus.

Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone.

Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to establish priorities.

Competency level in use of Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum).

Communication Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.
Position requires fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
