Basic Function:
· Responsible for the on-going planning, scheduling, and implementation of client services.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule direct care workers with Home Helpers clientele.
· Act as liaison between clients, client families, client referral sources, direct care workers and management.
· Work with management to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
· Identify and recommend changes in policies and procedures to management when necessary.
· Verify the accuracy of completed visits and scheduled times as reported via software.
· Provide input regarding, and address, client and/or employee problems or complaints.
· Participate in the on-going evaluations of staff, client care, policies, and staffing patterns.
· Provide guidance and direction to assist employees in their professional development.
· Monitor telephony.
· Record documented events.
· Preform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,500.00 - $43,000.00 per year
