The Market Care Specialist is responsible for providing HR services support to the US and Puerto Rico HR Community including employee care, HR self service, HR services issue resolution, HR education & training. Technical understanding of HR systems and how to apply policy are necessary skills for this role.
Employee care & self-service:

Knowledge management for both Employee Care call center agents and employees self service.

Process development, improvement, and documentation with our HR partners.
Issue Resolution
-
Employee issue resolution especially in cases when multiple service lines are needed to coordinate the solution. Workday, benefits, payroll, mobility, and time systems.
HR Education/Training

Daily education to HR professionals across the US/PR on HR services operations.

Lead & support training as needed: Retirement Seminars, Paid Parental Leave, Benefits Annual Enrollment, HRSS project deployments, Policy & Procedure changes.
Project Mgt

Support OU strategy changes requiring HRSS support: Site start ups/shutdowns, Harmonization's/A&D, New or Modified policies.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100-$92,650
