Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a Broomall, PA ad agency in mid-July. Min. 5 yrs bookkeeping experience and must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. You’ll also be responsible for billing, accounts receivable/payable; keeping track of time sheets, sales tax, and benefits. Attention to detail is a must! Must be highly organized with great people skills, and love dogs in a fast-paced environment. Flexible 20 – 22 hr. work week – ideal for a parent with kids in school! This is an in-office position. Other Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant tools
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and standards
