Condustrial Inc. is actively seeking a competitive, energetic, self-motivated, trainable candidate for our sales/account manager position across the Atlanta, GA/Lawrenceville, GA market.

This is a great position for someone looking to start a career in construction, recent college grad or someone who has been in the trades and is ready to put their tools down.
No Experience?? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate!
Job Responsibilities:
- Build & manage a successful territory offering our services to Construction based & Industrial based accounts
- Work closely with clients and prospects to provide exceptional service
- Work closely with the office team (Director of Operations & Project Coordinator) to meet the needs of the company and the client base
- Successfully manage all reporting requirements related to daily client meetings
- Plan to begin and end most days in the office (Required for success in the business, working with all parts of the office team and eventually field employees)
Requirements:
- Customer service, or construction background is helpful but not necessary. We will train!
- Background working in a fast-paced customer serviced environment is helpful
- knowledge of blue-collar jobs a huge plus, but not required
- Good Positive Attitude and Motivation to make Customer Calls (almost daily)
Needed for success:
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere, work with others, follow instructions
- Willingness to be trained and utilize the proven methods/tools for success
- Strong work ethic, high energy, highly motivated, competitive
- High comfort level with the use of technology (computers, cell phones)
- Desire to reach unlimited income levels (build the business)
