ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
The Housekeeping position is instrumental in ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience from the moment they walk through the door.The Clubhouse is 65,000 square foot and cleanliness with attention to detail is a must. The ideal candidate will readily do the following:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization
- Replace burnt out lightbulbs
- Clean and sanitizes bathrooms including toilets, tiles, shower walls and curtains, sink and fixtures
- Clean walls, baseboards and floors
- Restock towels, wash cloths, soap, glasses and other supplies and amenities as needed
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected to meet standards
- Perform other duties as appropriate
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year applicable custodial experience preferred
- Demonstrated quality interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties with minimal supervision
- Must effectively communicate and correspond with supervisor to coordinate, acknowledge, prioritize, document and complete work requested
*EMPLOYMENT TYPE
*This position is hourly and includes afternoon and weekend hours. 25-29 hours a week. Busy periods of the season may require more hours. Eligible for employee meals while on duty, free parking and golf privileges.
