Technology Aspect
To establish a clear duty of care, Stellar Virtual and its affiliates require all employees to cover the costs associated with acquiring and providing the equipment (i.e., computers, internet service, telephone, home office setup, etc.) associated with virtual employment.
Position Overview
As the Manager of Operations of Indiana Online Learning Academy (INOLA) for Stellar Virtual, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing Operations for our virtual learning programs in Indiana. This role will require periodic travel to collaborate with field leaders, program coordinators, educators, and department staff. You will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to allocate resources effectively, including budget management, staffing, and technology requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee multiple departments including Marketing and Registration, Student Data, and state testing, ensuring they align with Stellar Virtual's mission, vision, values, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and educators to implement best practices and maintain high-quality educational standards.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators, support staff, and contractors to ensure they are motivated, aligned with company objectives, and capable of delivering exceptional results.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Work closely with the VP of Operations to allocate resources effectively, including budget management, staffing, and technology requirements.
- Ensure that programs have the necessary resources to operate smoothly and meet the needs of students and their families.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to continuously improve program quality and student outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school districts, parents, and community partners.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to Stellar Operations in Indiana.
- Ensure all programs comply with relevant educational regulations and standards in Indiana based on Stellar Virtual’s Standard Operating Procedures in direct alignment with program partners (i.e., school districts).
- Prepare regular reports on program performance and outcomes for senior management and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Student Information Systems, and Learning Management Systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel periodically within Indiana and Texas.
- Knowledge of education regulations and policies in Indiana is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and meet program goals and objectives.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education management, virtual learning, or a related field.
