Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Duties:
- Must have Staffing/Recruitment experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and project management principles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
