Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure full understanding of all products and have a continued awareness of the most current information available.
- Maintain an awareness of current advertising and marketing initiatives including but not limited to UPE team collaboration on Trade show promotions and budget spend.
- Maintain an understanding and awareness of the industry, particularly our competitors, with an eye towards how we maneuver through competitive challenges.
- Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.
- Communicate customer feedback to the management team concerning policies, product requests, problems, and/or suggestions.
- Actively participate in cross functional team meetings and organize agenda for the UPE Sales meeting.
- Work with cross functional teams to build and expand upon customer lead lists, follow-up with prospects, and inactive accounts to drive growth in sales channels and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other UPE staff to complete new-vendor and compliance documentation.
- Manage sales and customer service activities for Wholesale, and Hobby Distributors, and collaborate with the Director of Entertainment on key account activities.
- Respond to inquiries, process & assist in order issues, research and generate internal documentation such as credit memos, refunds, and charge credit cards.
- Attend industry trade shows to address customer concerns, meet/greet/develop relationships with customers and represent Ultra PRO in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Collaborate with Operations manager on activities related to customer onboarding, shipping and compliance requirements.
- Create shipping labels and ship products samples, as well as additional sales and marketing materials as needed, or lead cross functional teams in efforts to create.
- Maintain customer account master tracking customer noteworthy activities.
- Organize and host online meetings with Hobby Distributors, including co-hosting with the Director of Entertainment on Key Accounts and volume business opportunities.
- Be well versed in all company systems, procedures, and software.
- Demonstrate good judgment and escalate practical matters to management with an understanding of the job responsibilities and knowledge of how it impacts others and the business operations.
- Additional job duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience Requisites
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Tabletop gaming, toy, hobby, specialty retail store sales experience not required, but desired and highly preferred.
- Understanding of the distribution landscape within the hobby gaming and toy industry is a must, with established books of business or contacts within these fields preferred.
- Requires 5+ years of combined experience within a relevant position, or work experience that exemplifies similar competencies and includes but is not limited to:
- Data Entry & Organization, Customer Service, Reporting & Analysis, Solicitation development, and E-commerce or retail management
- Connections with, or previous sales and account management experience with mass market toy and game buyer, along with familiarity of toy rep groups, national level account management and mid-tier retail outlets highly desired, as you will be heavily focused on theses account types to both manager, as well as seek and acquire new relationships with

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
