Fanatics Betting and Gaming is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Team. This role will be a fully remote, temp to direct role. The FBG TA team is very busy expanding their hiring in the US, Canada, UK and Ireland and there is a need to have a senior level coordinator to support this effort. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduling and coordination support for the Talent Acquisition team
- Maintain working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Managing internal and external job postings
- Creates Internal and External Offer Letters
- Supports onboarding journeys in Oracle
- Processing new hire/on-boarding paperwork
- Coordinating candidate travel
- Provide support to team with relocation and immigration processes
- Maintain recruiting calendar. Organize recruiting events and coordinate related logistics.
- Maintain Oracle Applicant Tracking System and recruiting metrics/reporting
- Improve on existing processes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness and service
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team
- Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
- Participate in various recruiting projects on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment
- A strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with candidates, staff and members of our leadership team
- Ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and be curious and the desire to make the team better
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Must be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and navigate change often
- Must be able to operate with little or no supervision at times
- Experience with Oracle ATS is required
