Apollo Trust Company, a stock-owned community bank located 32 miles east of Pittsburgh in the Alle-Kiski Valley, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage financial operations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, including contract and vendor reviews, financial and industry analyses, treasury management, capital planning, interest rate risk and liquidity management, balance sheet pricing, and tax reporting.
The CFO reports to the President and CEO and works closely with the executive management team. This position oversees the finance department. Effective written communication skills are essential, and operational experience is desirable. Self-motivated candidates should possess a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task in a small, profitable organization with a risk management culture, seven locations and fewer than 50 employees.
Position requires ten-plus years of financial experience working in a bank, auditing firm, regulatory agency, or combination thereof. A bachelor’s degree in business is required with CPA and/or MBA preferred. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
