Your Role: Customer Support Consultant
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll provide exceptional post-setup care for new customers. You’ll handle queries via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through various channels (phone, email, web chat).
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Nurture meaningful customer relationships.
- Accurately record information in our CRM.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Shift Patterns:
- Rotating shifts: 8:45 am - 5:45 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
- One Saturday in every four, and one Sunday in every eight.
