Our office is in Destin, BUT you have to know the entire area and be able to multi-task multiple locations. This job is NOT for someone who likes to work at a single resort and have the same day repeatedly. Every day here is NEW.... with new challenges and new surprises.

We are looking for a very dependable person who is a self-starter. Every morning we have a meeting to set the goals for the day and to schedule what needs to be done, however, we want you to know your day. We want someone who knows not only their goals for the day but for the next day and even the next week.

During our peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day), you will work every other weekend with time off during the week (Yes! We even offer comp time). On the weeks that you are "on-call", you will be responsible for walking properties for inspections and handling guest after-hours messages. During the offseason, the schedule reverts back to M-F. Due to the nature of this business, you will need to be flexible with your hours. Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures, and are considered working days. We encourage all of our employees to use their comp time. All team members should be available in case of an emergency which includes evenings and on-call hours. Exact schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacations are generally taken outside of peak season.
