BASIC FUNCTION
Working closely with the Project’s Sr. Project Manager, providing and maintaining all aspects necessary to promote the on time and accurate installation and completion of the Baggage Handling System.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate with Project Manager, while working with the customer consultant, general contractor and surrounding trades to ensure the project schedule is met.
- Keep updated and accurate logs of daily work efforts and noting any delays reported on the subcontractor’s daily reports.
- Maintain a proactive approach by supplying a six-week Look-head plan for the Project Manager.
- Manage manpower by scheduling craftsman hours. Maintaining an accurate inventory on site of conveyor consumables and tool inventory.
- Maintain the on-time disbursement of payroll, expenses, and sub-contractor invoices. Ensure that all applicable paperwork is turned in on time, accurately completely, as requested.
- Enhance site employee and subcontractor moral. Enhance customer satisfaction by keeping the customer in mind and by keeping the interests of the company at heart.
- Monitor with Site’s Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA/QC) and overall site safety.
- During testing phase, coordinate laborers and assist with all aspects of testing and training
- Answer day to day questions/issues from the sub-contractors.
- Coordinate and resolve any field discrepancies/issues with the Project Manager.
- Enforce/adherence to all company and QMS processes, policies and procedures.
- Enforce and adhere to all company and customer safety policies and procedures to maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
- Provide product feedback to Project Manager by submitting issues, suggestions on field discrepancy reports by maintaining good working relationships.
- Utilizes the time keeping system (Kronos) for accurate payroll records. Insure input is into payroll on a weekly basis by the payroll deadline.
- Assist Project Manager in monthly preparation on estimates to complete ETC.
- Demonstrates a fully functional interaction with the customer and ability to handle the labor environment, union or local.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical/conveyor and electrical installation
- Extensive travel required
- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to establish priorities in a changing environment
- 10/30 hour OSHA Certification
- Basic First Aid/CPR Certification
- Strong ability to conduct manpower planning meetings, equipment requirements, change order recognition
- Leads Junior Superintendents on larger projects, if any
- Forklift Arial Platform training
- Arc Welding certification

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
