**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to be a strategic leader across Carolina Meadows providing leadership and operational oversight to the managers and/or business line leaders for assigned departments achieving company-wide objectives.
We are looking for a person who has demonstrated a passion and desire to work with older adults; knowledgeable in the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of residents. Ability to effectively manage and supervise a diverse employee work group. Financial management skills; business acumen, familiarity with business practice and principles.
**Responsibilities:**
The position is responsible for delivery of service excellence, regulatory compliance, achieving financial targets, resident/community public relations and staff development. This individual serves as a member of the Executive Team, and as primary liaison with all other departments to create and offer opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of resident life for the residents across the continuum.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Minimum of five years of management experience with progressively more responsible positions.
