Job Responsibilities:
1. Process verification of customer projects, solving process technical problems, and providing application reports.
2. Responsible for development of advanced laser processing, technical research and training on marking, welding, and drilling processes.
3. Responsible for performance verification of R&D prototypes, providing feedback on issues, and promoting updates and iterations of R&D prototypes (Preferred).
4. Participate in the process review of design drawings and provide suggestions (Preferred).
5. Participate in meetings with customers for projects, process details, and reports.
6. Responsible for communicating and solving process and technical problems on-site with customers.
7. Perform other work assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in optics, application engineering , applied physics, mechanical engineering, materials science, material forming and control engineering, welding or other related majors.
2. More than 2 years of laser experience, Experience in marking and welding application process development (Preferred).
3. Familiar with nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond infrared, ultraviolet, and green laser laser processing techniques.
5. Be familiar with the principles of laser welding, additive manufacturing, laser cleaning, and other related technologies, and understand the interaction mechanism between laser and materials.
6. Build a laser processing platform and independently complete customer sample verification and reporting.
7. Handle working pressure. Quickly solve customer on-site process issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Able to adapt to business trips.
10. Green card holders are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
