Job Summary:
The Opening Team Member is responsible for checking in all of our members while offering a positive greeting that makes everyone feel welcome in our club. This position reports to the General Manager and provides professional and courteous customer service to all members, especially while handling a complaint or possible issue. The Team Member will need to properly multitask between answering phones, checking in members, offering the proper assistance, finalizing transactions, and maintaining a clean and neat work space.
Schedule:
- Urgently hiring for opening shift: 3:45AM-8AM
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all members
- Checking-in all members during the shift
- Offer a proper and positive greeting to all members entering and exiting the club
- Answering, fielding, and transferring phone calls
- Utilizing computer programs efficiently
- Completing pro-shop transactions
- Keeping your work space clean at all times
- Following proper paperwork procedures with all members and prospective members
- Work professionally and effectively with all other employees
- All other duties and responsibilities given by management
Qualifications:
- Prefer front desk or customer service experience but are willing to train the right individual
Skills:

- Offer great customer service every time you interact with a member
- Helpful and encouraging nature
