The Oregon Lottery is currently hiring an Assistant Director of Business Services to join our Executive Leadership team and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the administrative functions of IT, HR, Finance & Accounting, and Procurement for the organization. This is a hybrid role and applicants must be able to work on site, in Salem, OR as required.

About the Role
The Assistant Director of Business Services will report to the Lottery Director. This position is critical in the refinement, design, and integration of organization wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operationalization of the strategic plan. The Assistant Director of Business Services will ensure optimum performance throughout the administrative functions of the company.
Requested Skills:
- Experience leading a distributed organization of remote, hybrid, and in-office workers, demonstrated ability to engage and lead regardless of location by using a continuous improvement and DEIB supportive mindset.
- Success at sponsoring cross-functional, complex, enterprise-level programs tied to strategy, on time/on budget, and highly engaged/satisfied employees, and partner and customer outcomes measured as KPIs and OKRs.
- Operations leadership experience in the gaming industry and/or other private industry experience at senior leadership level (COO, CRO, chief, and/or VP) in an organization of a similar size (450 employees, $17B in revenue).
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Graduate Degree and nine (9) years of relevant experience. Five
- (5) years of experience must include senior management experience OR
- Fourteen (14) years of relevant experience.
