We are boutique marketing and media buying agency looking for a full-time Client Strategy Manager to join our team. We are a fully remote company spread out around the country. Our clients are also based across the country and we mainly focus on the lifestyle, events and entertainment space. As a Client Strategy Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships and ensuring the successful execution of media buying strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives, exceed expectations, and contribute to their overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business goals, marketing strategies, and media needs.
- Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media buying campaigns across Programmatic, Search, Social, Audio, TV, Video and Out of Home
- Coordinate with media traders and buyers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet KPIs.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to develop media strategies that align with their marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and innovation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform media strategies.
- Project Coordination:
- Manage client calendars, projects, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate with media trading, production, analytics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Work with the analytics team on understanding client dashboards and being able to interpret insights and results for your accounts
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for clients.
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Keep clients informed of industry trends and new media opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related/relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a media buying or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of media buying and planning processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
