UMass Global's full-time faculty's responsibilities include teaching, mentoring, and service. Research activities are supported but not required. All faculty positions are non-tenure track, primarily hired as Assistant Professor; however, a higher rank may be considered if appropriate. Requirements for the positions are:

A terminal degree in digital marketing, marketing, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.

Two years of exemplary online teaching experience in Higher Education.

Two years of exemplary experience with online academic program development and online course development.
Preferred qualifications include:

Digital marketing experience, preferably in industry with managerial or strategic capacity

Industry experience with digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, SEO, PPC, analytics and data interpretation, and UX/UI.

Experience utilizing social media and website analytics to connect with diverse target markets for ROI.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Familiarity with current trends and best practices in teaching adult learners writing across the disciplines.

A commitment to teaching adult learners.

A commitment to ongoing professional development in the above-listed areas.

Adhere to institutional policies and guidelines regarding academic integrity, student support, and assessment processes.
Responsibilities:
This 10-month position includes shared responsibility for the curricular administration of the Digital Marketing program. Teaching, mentoring, and course management duties will consist of bachelor's and graduate marketing courses and may include general business courses. This position is expected to work and teach online rather than from a physical campus.
Remote work from any of the following states – Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Recruiting in California and Massachusetts only if position job responsibilities warrant it.

Pay Range:
Assistant Professor Pay Scale: $72,255 - $83,000 based on education and experience.
Associate Professor Pay Scale: $82,000 – $94,000 based on education and experience.
