Job Summary
This role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing programs based on the company's strategic growth goals. In this highly visible role, the Senior Director of Marketing will lead efforts related to market research, branding, product/solutions marketing, marketing economics, advertising, public relations and pricing (partnering with the CRO).
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide leadership and expertise that supports growth of the company through strategic marketing engagement.

Set global marketing goals and objectives and determine KPIs for the marketing department.

Design, implement and manage strategic marketing and brand strategy informed by market research, Cisive data by product line, and offered platforms.

Design and implement marketing/lead generation campaigns by vertical and customer segmentation.

Develop robust marketing capabilities.

Embed understanding of B2B markets to strategic marketing and brand strategy.

Liaise with key departments and CRO to establish competitive pricing strategies.

Partner with internal resources to collaborate and publish key thought leadership content.

Lead content development and digital marketing efforts.

Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field required.

10 years’ of leadership experience across all aspects of the marketing function with a minimum of 3 years prior experience within the background screening industry or closely related industry.

Significant experience creating, defining, and operationalizing go-to-market strategies including specialist experience in demand/lead generation.

Demonstrated ability to apply marketing metrics strategically in a high-growth software company.

Experience with B2B marketing technology techniques to actively track inputs and marketing outflows to generate measurable business benefits when partnered with sales.
