Position Title: Order Entry Clerk
Report To: Order Management & Logistics Manager
Type: Full-Time - Hourly - Non-Exempt
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and process orders into our systems while ensuring data integrity and timely order fulfillment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input orders into the system with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer information in databases.
- Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and quantities.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies.
- Assist in data collection and reporting for order processing efficiency.
- Perform clerical tasks related to order entry and processing.
- Support the team in maintaining organized files and records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding order entry.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and basic calculations.
- Familiarity with databases for managing order information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
- Ability to work with various systems for order entry and tracking.
- Basic math skills for order verification and calculations.
- Comfortable working in a computerized environment.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
- Knowledge of data collection methods is a plus.
- Clerical experience beneficial for administrative tasks.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
