We are seeking an international tax senior analyst to join our US tax team who will be responsible for supporting our US international tax compliance, tax provision reporting and tax planning functions. If this sounds like you then apply today for the International Tax Manager role.
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for supporting our US international tax compliance , tax provision reporting and tax planning functions.
- Have a solid understanding of US international tax concepts , excellent analytical and organization skills, attention to details, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks and a passion for data automation and simplification
- Prepare the US international tax calculations, including but not limited to GILTI, FDII, BEAT and foreign tax credit, Subpart F, and earnings and profits and etc.
- Prepare federal returns workpapers leveraging ONESOURCE Income Tax and/or review of US international tax related forms and disclosures (e.g., Form 5417, 5472, 8858, 1118, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993, and etc.);
- Assist with the quarterly corporate income tax provision, financial reporting and uncertain tax position processes and reporting to headquarters using ONESOURCE Tax Provision.
- Assist with acquisition and integration planning, transfer pricing , and tax audits
- Draft internal tax memoranda and other written tax documents with respect to US international tax matters
- Research, analyze and document complex US tax technical positions.
Assisting with the design and implementation of tax planning and legal entity restructuring projects.
- Have experience with Withholding tax processes for payments originating from US
- Actively partner with cross functional groups within the company to understand the tax impact of business operations and ensure that tax needs are identified, considered and communicated.
- Participate in tax process optimization , develop and implement procedural changes and/or processes to improve tax functions.
- Assist with other projects such as income tax audits, acquisition and integration activities as needed.
- Support other tax functions in the areas of federal income tax, indirect tax , M&A, internal controls, controversy and incentives.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 6+ years of US international tax experience with Big 4 accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational corporation.
- Experience with OneSource Income Tax (OIT) and OneSource Tax Provision(OTP) software
- CPA and/or Master degree in Taxation strongly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of US international tax matters, including FDII, GILTI, BEAT, FTC , Subpart F, E&P, 163(j), permanent establishment as well as their relevance to U.S. compliance and tax reporting
- Experience with ASC 740 accounting for income tax preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with teams across the globe.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, macros, etc.) preferred.
- A self-starter mindset who handles multiple projects with competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytic and problem solving abilities, able to research complex tax matters in different jurisdictions.
- Strong multitasking skills; organized and attentive to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with all levels of personnel across disciplines, business units and outside contracts.
- The Positive attitude, eager to learn and willing to take on challenges.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $109,900.00 salary per year
Maximum of $151,100.00 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
