The Big Responsibility
As a Project Manager you will be the in home “Sales Consultant”, designing, proposing and selling residential HVAC systems. Generate new sales leads and form positive working relationships with Veteran Air’s current and future customers.
Key Contributions
- Use a consultative sales approach to present HVAC options to new and existing customers.
- Strategical thinker, big picture towards long term customer engagement.
- Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends or evenings when required.
- Demonstrated selling success within the home services industry.
- Experience is estimating residential mechanical applications related to HVAC.
- Willing and adaptive to achieve company revenue goals.
- Sales software knowledge and working ability.
- Rapport builder with positive attitude with our customers.
- Strong and decisive decision making capability. Able to be analytical and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Operate with the values of our company, specifically ethics and integrity.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Preferred experience in HVAC sales or other home service industry.
- Preferred experience in HVAC installations and servicing.
- Learning desire and mentality to grow and develop your product knowledge.

- Excellent written and verbal skills both internally and externally.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
