Our client, an international investment firm, is seeking a Corporate Facilities Coordinator to join the team on a long-term temporary basis. The position is on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Details
- Report to and assist Facilities Manager
- Liaise with vendors to procure supplies, goods, and services
- Troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, MEP, lighting controls)
- Summarize issues and create reports
- Work with building security to coordinate vendor access
- Perform minor repairs
- Pay rate: $35-40 per hour

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in Facilities
- Experienced with HVAC, MEP, and lighting control systems
- Tech savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and able to learn new software as necessary
- Highly detail oriented and organized, with excellent follow-through
