We are seeking a skilled Lead Line Cooks & Line Cooks to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. ```Duties```
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or as a Line Cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
