Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Home Inspector to join our team. The Home Inspector will be responsible for evaluating residential properties to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Duties & Requirements
-Excellent phone and face to face communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the functionality of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties according to industry standards
- Utilize data collection tools to assess property conditions
- Inspect the quality of work and materials used
- Collaborate with homeowners to address any issues found during inspections
- Provide detailed reports outlining inspection findings
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Home Inspection field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret Home Inspection Reports
- Knowledge of quality control processes in residential homes.
