Position:
As the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordination, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:.
- Participate in ‘Project Kick-Off Meetings” to determine project requirements.
- Understand client’s requirements from a technical, schedule and budget perspective.
- Understand technical, Engineering and Calculation / Design requirements for all scopes.
- Liaise with Suppliers and Subcontractors to ensure quotations are received promptly, and required technical requirements are followed.
- Prepare and evaluate bids / offers / quotations for the clients, based on submitted requirements.
- Verify client’s PO against the offer.
- Monitor projects progress to ensure it runs according to assigned schedule and budget. Report findings weekly to Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with Draftsmen and ensure that issued drawings correspond to the client requirements before dispatching them to the workshop.
- Coordinate with the QC team for project preparation and NDT requirements during the project.
- Organize procurement of raw material and ensure prompt delivery.
- Ensure that Fabrication Data Books is prepared after each project.
- Prepare a Project Summary upon project completion and submit it to Operations Manager.
- Undertaking Surveys on Remote Site Locations (Onshore / Offshore), gather and prepare a Survey Report to produce commercial offers for supply and installation work scopes.
- Coordinate Personnel Deployment Projects.
- Establishing good rapport with the clients.
- Participate in client / contractor meetings and resolving any potential project issue.

Qualification and Knowledge:
- Engineering Diploma
- Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements.
- Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural).
- Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1).
- Knowledge of High-Pressure piping (5,000psi, 10,000psi, 15,000psi WP) beneficial.
- Technical knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
