The Problems You’ll Solve
The National Service Operations Coordinator will support NYC Service's four national service
(AmeriCorps) programs, reporting to the National Service Operations Director, with several project
elements reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Service Officer, National Service & Fiscal
Operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Cross-Program Operations
• Lead and monitor the onboarding process for 150+ incoming AmeriCorps members.
- Develop and update internal procedures for collecting and tracking member eligibility
documents.
