Hargrove Inspections has expanded to Columbia! Our mission is to positively impact our community with home solutions that protect and promote the best quality of life. We are currently seeking a licensed home inspector to lead and grow our team in Columbia!

We’ve spent years developing processes that ensure our business runs smoothly, we keep a steady flow of work, and we have a management team that cares about developing our team. We are excited to expand and bring the Hargrove experience to the Columbia market!
A qualified home inspector applicant will have completed at least 250 home inspections and be licensed with ASHI and in South Carolina. Applicants who do not have their South Carolina license, but are ASHI certified, may be considered. Home inspectors will receive 40k-70k annually
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
- Evaluate the condition of properties and identify any potential issues that could affect the safety, functionality, or value of the property
- Prepare detailed inspection reports that outline findings and recommendations
- Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the inspection process
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 25 years of age
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable talking with clients, agents and homeowners. People skills are a must!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
- Proficient computer and iPad skills and ability to learn new software quickly, as technology is always changing and advancing
