Corporate Culture Implementation Specialist
This position drives culture and engagement initiatives to ensure the organization embodies the parent company's values and behaviors, including openness, study, collaboration, agility, and accountability. It also manages cultural initiatives and facilitates associated activities.
This position requires 40 hours/week on-site working in Herndon, VA.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement strategies for fostering and sustaining a positive corporate culture aligned with the company's values and goals.
Promote the integration of cultural values in the workplace, shape a multicultural work environment, and foster employees' cross-cultural communication skills.
In charge of the company's cultural carriers' construction, management, and innovative dissemination methods.
Responsible for collecting and writing company news and cultural promotion work, planning and overseeing the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials and corporate communications.
Plan and implement corporate cultural activities to enhance employee cohesion and engagement.
Organize and facilitate conducting employee training programs and development initiatives.
Develop and implement special awards programs to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance and contributions to the company's strategic goals and aligned with the company's culture.
Min Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of organizational culture principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to implementation.
High level of creativity and innovation in developing cultural initiatives and programs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Passion for creating a positive work culture and driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Fluent Mandarin and English, Spanish is a plus.
