We seek an aspiring candidate to work as a product developer & manager and in-store merchandising trade marketer.

We are now making inroads into the mainstream market in the US with a variety of product line-ups and dynamic marketing activities.
The product and trade marketing manager we want to work with is expected to think strategically and execute proactively, be skilled at communicating, be self-motivated and self-directed, be detail-oriented, and be willing to grow. Most importantly, he or she is expected to be very insightful, understanding the marketing around packaged food and beverages, dietary supplements, consumer lifestyle shifts, and the retail landscape.
Roles and responsibility
- Managing the product portfolio, conducting market research, designing price structures, and managing in-store merchandising, as well as analyzing sales and profits.
- Developing and managing new products with cross-functional teams, analyzing writing business plans for new products, designing marketing launch plans, and executing trade marketing plans.
- Creating online product content, stories about products, concept boards, and updating website product details.
- Supporting the sales team with a variety of display merchandising requests.
- Responding and acting promptly against the sales team's needs on new products, product improvement, product claims, merchandising.
- Designing product labels in cooperation with the design team, reviewing label statements in compliance with FDA regulations
- Developing vendors of packaging and merchandising goods.
- Cooperating with supply chain management, R&D, etc., with respect to product development and launch.
- Working closely with the global team in South Korea's head office.
Required Skills/Characteristics
- +5 years of work experience managing products in the food & beverage or dietary supplement marketing area.
- Bilingual skills in Korean & English, written and verbal.
- Creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in Asian (or Asian corporate) culture is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No issue with a business trip
- Must possess a legal driver's license and be capable of driving.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
