Oversite of daily programming, supervision and coordination of care with the executive team. This includes managing and supervising staff members, developing and implementing treatment programs, program schedules, maintaining relationships with referral sources and community partners, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, monitoring clinical quality and performance, and advocating for the needs of patients. Others duties as needed.
Job Requirements: LMSW/ LCSW Preferred. Advanced clinical experience in a substance abuse and co-occurring setting and excellent Case Management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficiency in Electronic Clinical Records experience is strongly preferred.
Must be able to work cooperatively as a member of our clinical leadership team.
