The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office operations.

-Accountants Receivable
-Accountants Payable
-General Ledger
-Timesheets
-Payroll
-Manage Tax Fillings
-Manage Contract Documents
-Insurance Certificates
-AIA Document Compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of ComputerEase Software or other Accounting Software.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
